  • How do cross-cutting units report? K2A research - does all fall into FPs or do they need other ways to report
  • CU - reporting in P&R; how to feed into FPs - same goes for other cross cutting reporting (non-research reporting)
  • How often do you plan to revise Outputs and Mid-Outcomes?
  • Can Activity Leaders add new Actions and Outputs (at reporting phase)?
  • How should we deal with Budget? (Activity/Project/Partner)

OPEN QUESTIONS:
  • There is a lot of questions that are being asked at project level that can be compiled/extracted from the activity.For example:
    • Regional Focus.
    • Budget: Budgeting is going to be made at project level. We need to keep it as well as in the activity level.
    • Partners: All partners that are going to be defined at project level MUST be in included in at least one activity. So, it is not needed to include this question in the project level?

  • Who is going to lead a project? (Only centres? Partners too?)
  • Are there indicators at Activity level?
  • Who will be in charge of reporting output/outcome indicators. Will it be a compilation of RPLs answers? If so, are you contemplating the possibility of overlaps (i.e. Regions double reporting the same international organisations).
  • Report process is going to have the following workflow:[AL] → [PL] → [RPL] → [FPL](Activity) (Project) (Activies/Actions/Output) (Activities/Actions/Output)
